This site runs its own analytics, has no third-party advertising cookies, and collects personal data in exactly one place: the contact form. Here is the whole picture.

We have not appointed a data protection officer — the scope of processing does not require one.

The IP address is kept with the enquiry only as protection against automated abuse, and is not used to profile you.
We run our own analytics rather than a third-party advertising platform. It records which pages are viewed, for how long, from which type of device and which site referred you.
We do not sell data, do not share enquiries with anyone, and do not run retargeting.
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing. Write to info@progrunners.com and we will deal with it within a month, usually far sooner.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
